The settlement is located in Hennin Beaumont. It consists of eight residential units, floors P + 1 – total area of 140m2. The purpose is single-family housing. Each unit is set up as a separate unit, with separate entrances and an individual terrace.
All units have a garage of 30m2, which is connected to the residential area by a warm connection, through a technical room.
The whole settlement is energy efficient. It was done according to the French norms RT2015.
